Policies / Instructions for Registration
All those wishing to participate in one of our auctions must provide the following documentation:
- A completed and signed Registration Form *
- A completed and signed Bank Authorization Form *
- A copy of your Dealer License
- A copy of the Owner’s Drivers License
- A copy of the Owner’s Social Security Card
In addition, if someone other than the owner will be acting as a representative, you must provide:
- A completed and signed Representative Authorization Form *
- A copy of the Representative’s Drivers License
Finally, if the business is incorporated, we must have:
- A copy of the Articles of Incorporation, the President’s Drivers License, and the President’s Social Security Card.
NOTE: All dealers are on a cash basis with a $1000 deposit required until we receive all bank information and are able to verify all references.

Registration
If you have not already done so, please take a moment to read the policies and instructions above. When you are ready to download the registration packet, just click on the link below to have it load in your web browser. To download it to your computer before opening, right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As...". Select an appropriate location (such as your desktop) and click "Save" to begin the download process. To view and print this information, you will need Adobe Reader, which is freely available here.
